Signature Homes Tauranga & Bay of Plenty

We built our home in 2020 with Signature Homes Bay of Plenty and had a fantastic experience. The team made the process smooth, stressfree and enjoyable. The quality of the workman was outstanding and we couldn't be happier with the result. We would highly recommend Signature Homes to anyone looking to build.

We have a Signature Home that was built back in 2019, we are the second owners. I needed some of the original site plans sent through for a consent application to install a pool. Leanne was very quick to respond with all the information we needed. It's great to know they provide ongoing customer support even though we aren't the original owners. Excellent work. My family and I could not of had a worse experience with this company. We sold our first home and purchased land based on what we know now to be an incredibly inaccurate estimate. We have since been homeless for 4 months with a toddler and baby on the way. The company have not once taken any responsibility and refused to refund our $1500 deposit. Please do your research and talk to friends and colleagues first. We are not the first people this company have done this to.

We built our retirement home with Signature Homes and cannot rate them higher. After renovating three previous old houses, Didi and the Signature Homes Tauranga team guided us through the process of building. Having a reputable and larger building company walk-through the various aspects was invaluable (and a no-brainer). It took so much of the stress out of having a new home built to a high standard. We have been thoroughly enjoying our new home for nearly 6 months now. Don’t hesitate at all if you are considering building to go with Signature Homes Tauranga.
