Signature Homes West & North-West Auckland

We love our Signature Home. We did a design and build 5 years ago. The build was on time, on budget and a fun process to be a part of. Would recommend to anyone who wants to build their dream home.

We absolutely love our family home that was built with Signature West Auckland. From the first meeting with Dean the owner to the final handover with Jon our project manager it was an excellent experience. The service was professional and the communication was clear. The team produce a very high standard build. Two people stood out especially and that was Anya and Jon. Anya has an incredible eye for detail with pricing and quotes. Her communication was always prompt, clear and professional. Jon was our project manager who helped us every step of the way. His professional manner, communication, positive attitude and organisation made the building experience very enjoyable. Thanks again for building our family home.

We have now been lucky enough to build two homes with Signature Homes Kumeu (which I think speaks volumes!). We absolutely love the Kumeu team, they are so friendly, professional, and accommodating. When looking at building a second time, we spoke to other builders, but nothing seemed to compare. We ended up speaking with the team at Signature Kumeu again, and Ron helped us secure a package that had just become available. He ensured our package fit to our budget, whilst also accomodating our "must haves" we had been dreaming of. Our second build took place during covid, which was probably one of the most testing times to build. However, we were kept up to date weekly with emails/photos, and due to Signatures existing trade relationships, we had very minimal disruption compared to others. Another benefit was Signatures "fixed price guarantee", which not only made us feel secure, but also our bank loved this aspect of our contract! Mark has Project Managed both our builds, and is the best guy to deal with. Nothing is an issue, and he works to ensure the quality of the build exceeds your expectations. You won't regret building with this team :)

We have just moved into our new Signature Home and are absolutely thrilled with the result. Signature Homes have been amazing to deal with across the design and build. In the face of a very challenging climate (Covid, housing market pressures, material cost hikes etc) Signature performed exceptionally. They always informed us of any changes that were outside of their control, they met their obligations of a fixed price contract and delivered the house to a pre-agreed schedule. We presented significant variations to the original design for interior fixtures and fittings and Signature went out of their way to accommodate all of these and made sure we were informed of the impact these variations would have on our budget. The project management was exceptional, we received weekly progress updates with photos and the project manager was available after hours and during the weekend. In a very challenging time for customers that want to build their dream home I would have no qualms about recommending Signature Homes North West.
