Good afternoon. I have had the unfortunate chance to go to sika this morning the depot next to head office. I needed to see a product to make sure It would be fit for my job. I can not stress how rude the warehouse man was, in sixty years of being in the building trade I have never come across anything like it. I rang your help desk and a Adam came out of his office and was very helpful. This is the first time I've ever posted any thing any where that's how rude this guy was.

I purchased this sim product at Bunnings Rotorua and it takes about two months to set I assume it has incorrect setting agent

Google map took me to their HQ. Funny they a sign outside telling you the location for “pick ups” where I needed to go. The whole process went smoothly. Customer service was good, I just gave them my order number and prepared my truck while waiting.
