I bought a house one year ago which was a new build by Sinclair Builders. Everything is beautifully finished with great quality appliances. I have lived in the home for a year now and I cannot fault one thing for the build/design/quality. Thank you so much! So many new builds are done with average craftsmanship and corners cut. I can not fault a thing here. I wanted to make alterations to the fence and I was really impressed with how quickly Sarah responded when I asked for their contractor to ensure the paintwork was consentient. She got back to me the next day and gave me the contractor's details. The house is great quality, warm and they have been so responsive for any questions. It's been the best process dealing with them. I can not thank your team enough! Zoe

Chris and the team at Sinclair Builders were amazing, Chris’s vast knowledge on earthquake repairs and renovations helped me immensely and I was able to achieve my goals for my home after working with Chris. He helped me buying the property as completed the pre purchase inspection and with his thorough inspection and recommending us with additional reporting we were able to pinpoint the exact problems in the property and of course bringing it to the current standards. I was extremely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend their services if you’re building, renovating or have queries regarding your house.

We used Sinclair builders to do our builders inspection. They were fantastic! I couldn't be happier with the service. We were first home buyers and they had excellent service, were very thorough and were very friendly - their overall service went a long way to making the process easier for us.

Second time I have seen a flash black Sinclair ute speeding up Richmond Hill Road in a 40k zone. Come on guys, you can do better.

Always really helpful and accurate with building inspections for clients. If there is a problem identified they are solution based for the clients. couldn't ask for more. Thank you.
