Overall, we ended up with the house we wanted and by and large the process was good. As with what seems to be all building projects it took longer and cost more ;) Not massively so but the devil is in the detail they say and communication could always be better. Mange expectations would lead to an overall better experience. It was not bad at all, but it was not great either. What I will add is June 2025 marked two years in the house and there have been zero issues. So, the quality of the workmanship and build is holding up. No complaints at all.

Thank you, to the inconsiderate driver of the Ford ranger rego starting QTY, 50kph through roadworks means 50kph, I thank you for another two chips on my new windscreen and what ever else showered my vehicle when you thought it was a great idea to pass, have consideration for others in future.
