We had the incredible luck of having our dream home built by Nick, Chelsea and their team. The whole process was very enjoyable right from our first meeting to the moment we moved in. They offered brilliant recommendations, worked very hard to meet all our wishes and always communicated very clearly. Nothing was a problem and everything was completed to the highest standard. Nick’s passion for building beautifully crafted houses is contagious and Chelsea’s eye for design makes them the best team any future home-owner could dream of working with. Being part of the process was fun, our experience was absolutely amazing and we cannot speak of Smylie builders highly enough.

I would give Smylie Builders 6 stars if there was an option. My experience with them was absolute delight - from planning to moving in and even after. Chelsea and Nick considered many options with me and made sure the best was chosen. They kept strictly to my budget and always helped to get the best deal, including purchase at a very competitive price and installation of white-wear. Chelsea is amazingly efficient and caring. My time or money was never wasted. The whole building process went smoothly and the quality of workmanship was exceptional. The team at Smylie Builders have done a number of jobs for us over the past 9 years including building our garage and doing a full Reno of our bathroom. I can't recommend them highly enough- great communicators, high standard of workmanship and great eye for design and detail.
