Sothebys Luxury Rental Homes - Queenstown

A group of friends and I recently stayed at Waipatiki for 3 nights. This place is amazing. Perfect location, views are beautiful, the house was perfect for what we needed. The full laundry was handy too. I can’t fault the communication from Sothebys, so easy and friendly to deal with, nothing was ever an issue. Thanks for having us - this will now be our go to when we visit Queenstown again!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Panaroma house in Queenstown! Exceeded our expectations and much better in person. The property itself is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. However, what really stood out most was the view. It is perfect and sets a good impression especially for first timers travelling to Queenstown. It really made our trip worth while being able to wake up to such a wonderful sight. The property managers were fantastic! Response times could use some improvement but other than that, reliable and accurate in their descriptions. Really happy with our stay!

We had a fantastic holiday with friends at Kāinga Rua Wakatipu Basin. The house was presented immaculately and is very comfortable and well equipped. The property manager was great to deal with throughout our stay. The grounds are fantastic. We loved exploring and playing bocce was a lot of fun. The outdoor fireplace was wonderful to sit around in the evenings. The views are amazing and the property is even better than the photos. It is a great place for two families staying together with plenty of space. We can’t wait to return.

Such a lovely, peaceful home with amazing views. The home was spacious yet offered a cozy vibe as many rooms can be closed off or expanded open to accommodate groups. We spent many nights sitting outside under the trees listening to the birds. The kitchen is well equipped. I would say there was some confusion as there are several entities involved with this home. Sotheby's was the booking agent, however, then there is a house management company. This was not explained well, so be clear to learn what falls under each group if you plan to stay. The neighborhood and location was perfect for us. Away from Queenstown, but close enough. Arrowtown is closer and we truly enjoyed hanging out there. I would stay in this home again as it had a nice flow and location.
