I was initially planning to do only a few repairs and a repaint of my solid-plastered home, but after speaking with their senior plasterer Kieran, he recommended a full Sto Systems refurbishment. I’m so glad he did — the result is absolutely outstanding. My house looks incredible. The entire SoundHomes team was exceptional from start to finish. The project manager, plasterers, painters, and even the cleaner all delivered top-tier workmanship and service. Their attention to detail and professionalism were second to none. Sound Homes certainly are that. We had some very large leaks which needed repair, before sale of our home. Sound Homes sent out a great team who were absolutely fantastic to work with. They treated us with courtesy and understanding at all times, wonderful people. The leaks, as always, were more extensive than expected, and yes, the price rose, but with consultation. I would recommend this company and its people any day to anyone.

I live in Auckland and first became involved with SoundHomes after the big flood on 27th January 2023. Due to the flood my internal spouting overflowed into the ceiling of my lounge and caused significant damage. I was advised by the company that repaired my ceiling to contact SoundHomes about any other repairs that maybe required. I made contact with Regan from SoundHomes and he was amazing, easy to communicate with either by phone or e-mail and extremely patient in helping me to understand what was required to be done to my home to prevent further flooding. This resulted in major repairs being completed to the outside of my home e.g. new spouting (replacing the internal spouting with external spouting), installing new soffits, replacing rotten wood, new down pipes and painting various areas around the house. All the workers who were involved in completing this project were absolutely amazing, polite, respectful and diligent. The standard of workmanship was exemplary it could not be faulted in anyway. I cannot thank Regan and Gonzalo enough for everything they did for me to make the journey of repairing my home that much easier for me. I would not hesitate to recommend SoundHomes to anyone. I would give SoundHomes a very definite 100% in everyway. I am a very happy customer who now has a watertight home with no further concerns of it flooding. Joy
