Joel did an excellent job on my heat pump systems. He was very professional and friendly throughout his tasks and also go above and beyond his normal task to accommodate reasonable request to add to the task. If you are looking for a professional, friendly and excellent job on your heat pump, he might not be the cheapest but he sure is the best around.

Joel and his team at Space Air Services did an outstanding job installing a ducted heat pump in our 1920s villa. It wasn't a straightforward install because of the age of the house, but Joel went out of his way to make the process as seamless as possible. He helped arrange other tradespeople that were needed for the project and was always friendly, helpful and informative. We now have a well-performing heat pump system and part of me is even looking forward to the winter just to feel it doing its job!

We recently had an urgent requirement for two heat pumps at our place on waiheke due to summer heat issues. Within two days of calling Joel he had dropped what he was doing and went over to the island and installed two brand new units on a Saturday. The installation quality was perfect and cost was on point. All around this was a great service. Highly recommend Space are to all!

Joel installed a new heat pump for me and also serviced two existing heat pumps. The quality of workmanship is excellent and the site was left tidy afterwards as well. I'm really happy with the new heat pump, and the other two are running much better after being serviced! The cost of the job was very reasonable especially given the extra work and materials that were required to install the heat pump in a loft above a garage and then having to place the outdoor unit at ground level. Joel ensured that he kept me informed on when he was going to be on site to do the quote and then later to do the work ensuring that if there was any delay he'd let me know. He was also fast to turnaround the plan and quote to me so I was able to make a decision and get the job booked in quickly. Would definitely recommend Space Air Services, and will use again for future heat pump services.
