Having Dan and Sally do all the hard work gave me peace of mind that my build was in the right hands. Living overseas meant that I was not able to be onsite to check the progress of the build, but after initially meeting both Dan and Sally online and then in person, I was able to confidently put my trust into Dan's hands of Stonewood Homes Bay Of Plenty. Although the house is still under construction, I am updated throughout the course of the build. We had a few changes that were required with the house and having Dan and his team deal with Council situations, allowed me to relax some what. Our building experience with Stonewood Tauranga has been an exemplary process from purchasing our section to choosing the house design and the selection of all inside & outside materials. We were living in Auckland at the time of our build in 2018 so left it all to Stonewood who updated us online with photos of progress. Everything was completed within budget. They recommended any tradespeople required for ‘extra’s such as gardens, toolshed, special paving, window shutters from Australia, curtains etc. There were no issues with the house once we moved in, and everything about this house still feels ‘brand new’ due to the high standard of workmanship displayed by Stonewood Homes Tauranga.
