We have worked with Stonewood Homes Rodney for over a year now, from our initial conversations right through to completion of our lovely home in Leigh. Our build journey (which had a rocky start many years ago) has been such a positive experience – we cannot praise Liz and John enough for their energy, enthusiasm, and support. If you are considering building, we highly recommend Stonewood Homes Rodney, for several reasons: • Stonewood are far more conscientious about pricing than any architect or builder we spoke to prior to this project; their fixed-price contract took away all our worries. • Liz and John are personally invested in their projects, and are always solution-oriented, working with you, with professionalism and positivity. * Stonewood has incredible group purchasing power, so they can keep their prices very sharp. For example: we wanted uPVC windows in our house, and Stonewood negotiated hard with the supplier to make these affordable for us. • Liz and John are flexible in their approach, and are keen to learn about, and integrate, new building materials and processes. Where other build companies we talked to did not want to deviate from their traditional approach, Liz and John embraced our thoughts on sustainability and thermal energy, and searched for custom solutions. • In terms of project management, Stonewood have been incredibly responsive. Any hiccups, timing issues, or other concerns we’ve had were always dealt with swiftly and in the most positive manner. We have all heard so many negative stories about building, yet this has been the opposite: such a fabulous experience! Competent and immensely likeable, Liz and John are a formidable team; thanks to them we have a forever home that is well built, beautiful, warm, and perfectly proportioned for our needs.

Liz Mole and her team built a wonderful house for me in Warkworth. It was a pleasure to work with her.
