Substrait Construction

We contacted Gray to give us a quotation for work we planned to do on our property. He is professional, ethical, courteous and supportive in his approach. From beginning to end he has been so helpful; giving us excellent guidance to ensure the work we undertake was cost-effective and 'fit for our need', rather than his profit. Gray went over and above we would have anticipated he might in the time he spent, in sharing creative options and in the detail he gave about the whole job, not just the building aspect of it. His response times are timely, his communication and follow through has been excellent. We really rate Gray and his professionalism and would highly recommend him to other clients looking to build or renovate.

We asked Grey and the team to build a toilet upstairs, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Everything exactly how we hoped it would be, and some things even better because he and his trades came up with suggestions for better fit, more efficient use of space, etc. Grey communicated clearly along the way. Gray and his team carried a bathroom renovation for me. The project was really managed with all the sub trades working together to complete the project ahead of time and under budget. Communication through out the project was excellent with regular progress report and photos. I can highly recommend Gary as a trustworthy and professional tradesman.

Initially we contracted Substrait to build a new fence around our whole property. Grey came out quickly and looked over our section. He offered different options and advice on improvements to our plan which worked out brilliantly. Fence turned out better than we imagined. After that Grey was our go to builder and we used him for our house renovation. He did an amazing job on our bathroom managing to turn a small square outdated cupboard into a fully functional cool bathroom. What also impressed us with Grey was his ability to give an estimate and meet it. There were no financial surprises with any of his jobs. My wife and myself would highly recommend Substrait and Grey to anyone who requires a competent, reliable builder.
