Swanee Construction helped us out in solving a leak issue with our 100 year old home, and had the fastest response out of anyone we had to contact relating to the job. Swanee was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and has a keen eye for detail: he noticed that the most recent plumber from a separate company had not connected the pipes properly, and spotted another miniscule leak due to this, before any flooring was placed on, saving us from further flooring damage. Thanks to Swanee's advice on the situation and building expertise, we were also able to save thousands on our insurance case. This was because Swanee educated us on the different types of wood flooring, and how long it would take either type to change shape during a leak of the size we had. This strengthened our insurance case which we ended up winning. Furthermore, our insurance company described Swanee's invoice as "very reasonable", creating no friction in cash settling on the costs. Swanee's team were top notch too, Ismael made sure our flooring was perfectly flat post-leak, before the vinyl layers came in, making the vinyl process very easy. We would definitely go with Swanee Construction again for any building job, and are considering their new builds for a future development goal. Swanee was extremely helpful, and educated us a lot on all aspects relating to home ownership and building. Would absolutely recommend.
