TCM renovated our en-suite bathroom. Their workmanship was excellent, and when they uncovered an unexpected snag, their communication about solutions was really helpful. The job was done on-time, and looks great.

TCM workers were amazing with their communication and organisation. They did a great job and would definitely use them again.

TCM WERE CALLED TO DO AN INSURANCE REPAIR THEY ARE TERRIBLE THEY CHARGED ME FOR ASBESTOS TESTING AND AGAIN CHARGED ME FOR ONE OF THEIR WORKERS WHO WAS SITTING IN A VAN SMOKING IN MY DRIVEWAY FOR AN HOUR RATHER CREEPY AND ONLY PUT UP A COUPLE OF PIECES OF WOOD ON THE SHED FOR SUPPORT, FURTHERMORE REALLY HARD WORK COMMUNICATING WITH THEM THEY NEVER RETURN YR CALLS OR EMAILS, SHIFTY BUNCH WOULDN'T GO NEAR THEM Because I cannot respond to your reply TCM I,ve had to edit my review. Firstly, I,m sorry I gave your a bad review, secondly, it was me who made the first call in the beginning, and I was at home that day when one of your workers came a took a sample of the Asbestos, and I also gave him the Tower Claim Number. Thirdly, when I called repeadly your company to get a worker to support my shed, which your worker did by the way and the contractor that eventually completed the work did say it was rather sturdy, I was at work. Would like to add I work in a Hospital and my time is very limited and and that i am under a lot of stress so your unproductive comment was not justifiable. Finally, my daughter was at home studing when your work eventually turned up and witnessed everything as the above comment. I,m glad finally you have managed to get hold of Tower I hope that this is closure for both of us.
