I narrowed my search for a realtor to 4 and interviewed each in person. Milo blew the doors off the other sales professionals. Our house was a Million+ property but needed to be updated. Milo provided a worker he had used in the past and the house looked new when they were done. Professional pictures along with personal relationships brought in a buyer who put an offer over list price in 2 hours of being on the market when other houses in our neighborhood had been on the market for months. I was a difficult owner and challenged Milo and Amy every step of the way and they handled everything with grace and care. They both are hard workers and go up and beyond what is expected. I highly recommend this team of professionals because they made my husband and my dreams come true!!
