Extremely happy with the professionalism of the team, from receiving a quote, providing great advice, completing the work involving a range of skills from plumbing, tiling, carpentry to a very high standard, maintaining good contact and kept within budget/quote. The Maintenance Guys are absolutely the best and I highly recommend them. They have recently completed two apartment renovations for me and their work was outstanding. I had The Maintenance Guys replace my inner city shower with a bath/shower unit and lots of shelving/storage for the bathroom. Warwick listened very well to what I was requiring and gave me a quote for a made to measure solution. We ended up changing the plan in the end to better suit the space and I am so happy with everything they have done. Every communication with their company was a pleasure. I had an administrator assigned to my job, Amie, and she was fantastic as well. They did exactly what they said they would do, on time and on budget. I will definately be using them in the future. They are a professional and easy to deal with company.

Big thank to the team for great service, workmanship and professionalism, especially Warwick and Angela. They just completed a renovation for the apartment we recently bought in city for kids starting university. Great communication, providing options and advice regarding different products / design to consider. Very reasonable price too ( I had 3 different companies to quote to start with, and chose Maintenance Guy as their price is best value for money), all the line items are clearly and seperately quoted, plus project management fee. There is no hidden cost or surprise at the end. Renovating is never easy, but this team has made it effortless and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend! Thank you team 😊
