We were delighted with our kitchen renovation. From initial ideas to faultless cabinetry work and problem free delivery to exceptional fit-out. Prior to choosing to go with Océane as our kitchen designer we looked at a few other companies. Only one other firm was in the final running. It was that Océane was friendly, approachable, wanted to visit our existing home to see the style we were considering and actually listened to our ideas, that made her the preferred person for the job. We were not disappointed. There were times when I changed my mind about the bench top (not just once), but that was not a problem – Océane just smiled and went through other options and alternatives. Those benchtop discussions and changes means that our kitchen is a little different - we used a floating stainless benchtop with a laminated timber return. It was Océane’s first design in a 6mm stainless steel benchtop and she was as excited as us in the planning and decision making, then as pleased as us in the final outcome. It really is beautiful. Océane was particularly clever with some of the storage spaces and uses. We got several emails and text messages making small, but important suggestions and subsequent changes. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she continued to tell us that she wanted the end result to be perfect for us. When we were not happy with something during installation, Océane arrived on our doorstep, ready to see what the problem was and how it could be fixed, no questions asked. We have a kitchen that is very functional, stylish, with lovely clean lines, a clever use of space and an area that is easy to work in. We enjoyed working with Océane and fully support her as a kitchen design expert. We have no hesitation in recommending Océane and her ability to work with anyone wanting to create a beautiful space. Absolutely loved working with Ocèane, would highly recommend. She is very skilled at what she does. She went over and beyond, making sure that my vision came to life. I loved how she listened to everything I was wanting and kept coming up with solutions. We started off with just kitchen ideas and ended up getting laundry done through her as well. Océane also helped with concept designs for other parts of my reno and ended up being my interior designer. Oceane was so easy to work with, out of all the kitchen Company's we approached Oceane was the only one who actually visited us to design our kitchen, all other companies wanted to do it by phone and pictures of our existing kitchen with us doing all the measuring. Oceane visited us on numerous occasions and really listened to my ideas so together we created not only an incredibly stylish but extremely functional kitchen.
