Contacted Chad for a pre-purchase building inspection. Busy time of year post-Xmas but Chad was able to fit in an inspection for me. He also discussed possible issues with cladding on the property prior to inspection. The inspection report was thorough and Chad communicated clearly and promptly through the whole process. Chad was professional, clear and great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Was really impressed with Chad’s building inspection report and not because he didn’t find any issues! Not only is he very approachable and friendly but his report is very clear, concise and easy to follow. Issues that have come up will be dealt by my builder next week and Chad is happy to note this on the report.
