Titus Group

We bought our first home from Titus Group and they made the process really easy. We are so happy with our home and would recommend. Great plans and consistent updates throughout the build. Communication drops a bit after settlement but the team were super helpful in the lead up and have dealt with all defects post completion.

I had a great experience working with the Titus team. Initially worked with Sam, who thoroughly talked me through a few options within my budget Later on Alden took over and was extremely helpful, taking me through the process step by step. The team were very patient with all my questions and ideas about customizing the home, even before I’d made any final decisions. It was my first time going through all the paperwork and I didn't feel pushed to make any decisions. Although, I didn't go ahead with the purchase this time (no fault of Titus), I am already chatting to the team about their future development pipeline :)

I recently sold my property to Titus and Sean was easy to deal with. He advised me in advance whenever anyone needed access to my property. However I would say seller beware. Titus are developers and are a good example of the bad reputation developers have. On the afternoon of unconditional date they rang me a put pressure on to reduce the price for my property. I did not accept the $175k lower offer but did settle on $80k less, I still got more than I expected. Their reason for the drop was because the expected to put 8 townhouses on my property but could only do 7. I was disgusted at the blatant lie, the property is advertised with 8 townhouses. My lawyer has had two other clients that have been treated in a similar way. I am happy with my settlement and Titus were easy to deal with in every other way. If you sell to Titus be prepared for them to try and drop the price at the last minute. Is this their standard business practice?

Had a great experience with Titus Developer Group! The whole team was helpful, honest, and made the process so easy. The build quality is excellent, and the team was supportive throughout the entire process.

Purchased a home from these guys and found them to be helpful and informative from day 1 . Nothing was an issue and no stupid questions from me were ignored . Totally recommend them and will be telling all my friends . Aldern was great to deal with and not a pushy sales person which was nice .
