Highly recommend Top2 Renovation! We had our whole bathroom redone, including subfloor. Rui gave great practical advice to work through options and make our ideas for the small space work. Everything was finished on time and on budget and the team including subcontractors did a fantastic high quality job. Communication was excellent all the way through.

I used Top2 renovation for repairs at my rental which included replacing exterior rotten wood as is so often required in older houses in Dunedin. Rui and his team (including all contractors) were absolutely fantastic to deal with and incredibly professional and efficient. We were renovating the entire outside of my Mums house, including painting, spouting/guttering and all new windows and doors.
