The Total Home Solutions team were great to deal with for a kitchen and bathroom renovation, Tim kept us informed every step along the way. They brought the project to completion on time and on budget and their workmanship was great! We would happily recommend them.

After getting a quote from another company, I was advised to seek a second quote from Total Home Solutions. I spoke to Warren and he came and assessed the damage the very next morning. I was so happy with his expertise and thorough investigation of the damage. He organised everything for me and the builder and painter have done a fantastic job. If I had any concerns I would ring and talk to Tim he would sort things. All the team were extremely polite and generally caring about the damage to my house. THS has done a great job for me in a very tight timescale after we had a major water leak in our bathroom, many thanks to Warren and his team for pulling out the stops and getting the job done in great time without any sacrifice to their top quality work. The team at THS are professional, knowledgeable, experienced most importantly listened to our needs. Tim was a pleasure to work with, he goes over and above to deliver a high level of communication which we appreciate very much.

Over the course of three months, I had THS complete three different build projects for me around my house. Each one was executed really well, to a high standard. However the thing that I appreciated the most was their office/project team's responsiveness and communication. When I've tried to deal with owner-operators or smaller building firms, they take ages to come back to you or are a bit amateur on the emails but THS was super responsive and ever-professional throughout. The reason I got them to do my other two projects after the first one was because I was so impressed with them. As a bonus, they were reasonably priced in the market too so using a big company doesn't necessarily make it more expensive!
