The design was great, however execution of the design was poorly managed. Within a year we have had a small leak behind the toilet. The team are saying they don't accept responsibility even though a contractor had arrived on site to assess and temporarily repair. The floor is not being repaired as they don't believe it is their issue, and the tradie on site admitted that they had installed the wrong piping. I would not recommend this firm unfortunately. We have been more than forgiving over the number of errors for a 50k project for an ensuite.

We love love love our 2 new bathrooms designed and renovated by Urban Bathrooms. Rachel designed our main bathroom and separate toilet, and transformed it from a dated 22 year old bathroom into a sleek, modern 5 star bathroom and powder room. There were a couple of minor issues during the rebuild, but Nick, the Project Manager, solved all problems with a no fuss, can do attitude and the end result is perfection. A few months later Rachel returned to our home to have a look at our small en-suite. She tweaked the design layout and the result is an en-suite that is smart, modern and practical. We decided to go with the same colour scheme as the main bathroom and are very happy with the result. We have no hesitation recommending Urban Bathrooms renovate your existing bathroom. If you give them a go, and decide to proceed on with the renovation you will not regret it.

High quality of workmanship. We were very happy with the finished result of our 2 ensuites and main bathroom. They helped us to achieve the look we were wanting to achieve, within a budget.

Rachel never turned up to scheduled appointment which I took time off work for. Did not even have the courtesy to let me know she was not coming and did not respond to my messages. Seems dodged a bullet as may have been unreliable and poor service going forward. Certainly can't recommend her or this business.

Rachel was great. She put together a design which exceeded our expectations. The whole process was managed well and the final result looked exactly like the pictures. Great idea having a WhatsApp group with all the relevant people including the builder as it allowed quick decision making and up to the minute updates.
