Built with Urban homes Hamilton, they built a lovely home for us. The whole team was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service, no hidden or unexpected cost, all variations to contract were clearly approved before hand and explained. The project was built on time. The project management team were first class and a pleasure to deal with. The build quality is exceptionally high quality and built to very high standards. Highly recommended.

We built a beautiful home with the team at Urban and loved it so much we built an investment property with them too. Both projects ran smoothly with great communication and attention to detail right through to handover. Loved the studio selection at head office which made choosing handles, carpet, tiles etc so much easier and fun too. We came in right on budget for one and under budget for the second house even after adding in some extra features at Urban's suggestion (we love the extras too). We would happily build with Urban again. But they did such a nice job of our home that we probably won't need to!!
