We started our build from overseas and knew we needed someone we could trust. Dave was highly recommended and after our first Skype call knew he was the man for the job! We received regular updates & clear communication plus lots of photos and videos as the site progressed. Dave and his team were great. Communicating with us every step of the build process. He planned ahead ordering early which was particularly good during the end of 2021 and first part of 2022 when some materials were in very short supply. From initial meeting to the completion of my home I found Dave to be very genuine and easy to work with. I was very specific about what I wanted and Dave worked to give me that with some great suggestions I had not thought of. The whole process went exactly as planned with great communication throughout. I am very happy with the quality of all aspects of the build and I now have a wonderful home exactly as I wanted it. If I ever built again I would definitely use Dave again.

David is an experienced sincere and very professional builder whom I have a lot of confidence in. From my very first meeting with him, I was impressed by his knowledge and practical can do attitude.
