Buying my digger was easy and nice but 6months later my paint was peeling off whole machine. They took 3months to fix it and did a cheap job with vandalising inside my cab with over spray all over my controls and trimming. This is what they call Quality of service that Matters!!! I'm sharing this so you know how I'm not being looked after by this company when things go wrong. For me back up service is Number 1 and I have been let down hugely! Before you buy any machine make sure you think about what matters to you when things can go wrong!

Do not give these guys your details. They will hound you with phone calls for a sale. Asked multiple times to be removed off their call list then hear from a different salesperson.

Got one of the 35u machines with a grapple, tilt bucket and rock bucket and I must say this thing is almost as capable as the 5.5t machines I've used previously. It's quick, smooth, VERY powerfull and cheap to run, with 20 something hours on the clock and I've only put in 1 20l of diesel so far ( it did come with half a tank already and is almost empty) pre and after sales team are awesome to deal with (cheers owain). Bring on the 30t

I bought a band new SANY SY16C from these guys I am now on my third display screen and all before the machine has done 250 hours (warranty does not apply despite part being faulty ) the after sales is one of the worst I have dealt with 7 weeks of waiting for the new screen while being told I can't use digger if I want to keep other bits under warranty.
