We hired Dean and his crew after seeing the terrific job they did on a full villa renovation for friends of ours. They built us a new deck, shored up the foundations of a corner of our villa, and did a beautiful renovation of one of our bathrooms. They also did a number of small and fiddly jobs around the house - which were still very necessary to keep the place in good condition. Likewise, Dean arranged excellent sub-contractors for tiling, electrical, painting and other works. Everything was done beautifully, professionally and in a timely and efficient manner. The rest of the house was also kept clean and protected during the work. Perhaps most importantly, Dean and his team are friendly, personable and easy to contact/ speak with. We have used Villa Renovations for a major villa restoration (we bought this raw jewel and did know where to start nor what we would be doing with it!) Thankfully, It was such an easy and smooth process dealing with Dean and his team! There were several trades involved in the overall construction and Billy our project manager made sure the work was coordinated and completed to the high company standards! He was able to work with us on sticking with our budget and providing us suggestions and options that would suit our needs. The whole team clearly knew what they were doing! Our Villa has now came back to life! They have managed to kept our Villa's character and Not a single detail was left out. We Will definetly reccomend Villa Renovations to all those Villa Lovers!!!
