Warren and Andrew are highly knowledgeable, organised, and always full of great ideas to ensure the client achieves the best possible outcome. Great team

I am writing this review carefully, in deference to the friendship I share with my next-door neighbour. My review concerns my own interaction with this company and should not imply that all or any part of this criticism comes from her. Last August 2023, my neighbour contracted with Warren Adolph Ltd to extend her single-story house by one extra room, which is on a cross-lease with my property. Part of the arrangement was to knock down and rebuild a common wall that comprised part of her garage and my storage shed. The agreement was that in return for my cooperation and allowing one vehicle to park on my property, I would ask them to replace f.o.c a small sheet of clear corrugated roofing and once the wall was rebuilt, to replace a pair of wall-mounted hooks onto the new wall. I must say as a casual observer at this point that the work on my neighbour's property proceeded at a snail's pace and in fact, took nearly seven months for the (simple) One room extension plus the garage rebuild. Several of my friends also commented on how slow this was. In the event, within two days of the garage wall being rebuilt, the required hooks were placed randomly in the wrong place. To cut a long story short, it took 5 ½ months to get them to move it and to replace the clear corrugation. This was after a normal conversation with Warren Adolph, turned unexpectedly nasty, mainly, I think because he saw that the fault lay at his company's feet. Following the bout of nasty words, the two items were finally installed and out in their correct place. I could not, in a month of Sundays recommend this company on the grounds of snail's pace progress and rudeness on the part of the owner. I would suggest anyone wishing to deal with this company have a completion date penalty clause put in any agreement. As a codicil, I do not have any problem with the standard of workmanship which took place, only the time it took.

We made contact with Andrew, from Warren Adolph Ho,es, to assist us with the refurbishment of our flood damaged home unit. After visiting the site, he talked through some of the best options for us, both financially and aesthetically. Once a plan has been decided, Andrew kept us regularly updated with texts, photos and phone calls, so we were always aware of what was happening, or about to happen. The work involved installing a new kitchen, which was the highlight of the whole project and we couldn’t have been happier with the end result. Andrew had come up with some innovative ideas with the design and the workmanship was of a high standard. We would highly recommend Warren Adolph Homes .
