We met Nathan when we were renovating a 1950’s Nelson bungalow. He project-managed the complete renovation, taking the house back to its original framework, reconfiguring rooms, building a new shower wet room and kitchen-diner. From the first to the last meeting he handled everything, never letting any issue derail the project or bringing us problems – he just solved them, and kept going. Nathan’s attention to detail is phenomenal, the standards he expects from himself, and his network of contractors are exceptional, not just workmanship but timeliness and communication. From the start we felt that we were in safe hands, the estimated costs were accurate as was the completion timeline. Nathan kept us fully informed as the project progressed, explaining what was happening and what the next steps were. We found this approach comforting especially in the initial stages when the main demolition had been done but there were still no clear signs of what was to come. We would have no hesitation in recommending Nathan for your project.

Working with Nathan from Welldesignz was amazing. My concept for my shop fitout was simple modern and sleek but natural. Nathan came up with the design and completed the fitout from start to finish.
