If you are after metal at a bloody good price and delivered by a great team of Truck drivers who know their stuff... give Clements Contractors a call. They were such a big help during a project on our farm. The whole team there are awesome right from my first phone call through to the delivery. Nothing seems to be a problem to them and the product knowledge is astounding. Great company! I love how they cater for everyone; from large projects down to the weekend handy man like me. The first time I went to the quarry I felt quite silly with my little trailer among all the trucks and loaders, but they couldn't have been nicer to deal with. When I ordered larger amounts for delivery, the contact was nice, the delivery prompt, and the truck drivers skilled and friendly. Thanks!

Rip off. Trailer load 0.5m3 builders mix at $82 plus a half hour wait while they loaded out all the truck and trailer units that arrived after. No communication, just left to wait. $57 at Greenfingers and much quicker.

Dangerous driving on SH1 – Wairoa Drive A Clement’s contractor vehicle (plate LPC703) was driving aggressively on State Highway 1, Wairoa Drive, speeding through a passing lane and then forcing us off the road when the passing lane ended just to gain an extra ~100 metres. This was reckless and extremely dangerous behaviour. Seeing this level of driving from someone operating a work vehicle is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on Clement’s standards and oversight. Lucky no one was injured. This needs to be addressed before someone gets hurt.
