We are very disappointed in the company's lack of response and update on the Scott Road project. We contacted Dempsey Wood in February regarding the extended (Second extension) delay on Scott road construction and received no. There has been zero communication from the company other than the sign in the picture attached (which could be extended at any time). This delay has caused significant inconvenience to those living around the area, as well as the whānau living around the detour route as those roads are not designed to cope with high traffic. We would appreciate a quick resolution on the project.

No response over e-mail, so I have to post it here. Driver from this company caused a crash, by driving recklessly on motorway. Not the best attitude for a customers.

Might want to talk to PGY142 about tailgating in 80 kms zones in his branded work vehicle. Pretty poor image on the company.

You made the footpath for Gate 3 at Unitec Ugly for (non-driving) students. Some of us like to use the footpath to walk past Te Noho Kotahitanga Marae before attending classes or other duties. The footpath contains alot of weeds, including "night shade" thst needs weeding. You might want to gate off the old vet clinic as it's still a perfect shortcut for pedestrians to walk through - if you don't like random people walking through. Furthermore, can you tell your workers to mind their language when working on Farm Road especially when it is in earshot of our students and staff at Unitec.

We have contractors working next door,they make mess over our front lawn and never restore our front lawn as was before,even i sent inquiries through their website nobody home nobody answered
