As first home buyers we never dreamed to be in a position to own a new build but our first meeting with Alan made us feel like it was absolutely a possibility. The project manager Liam was fantastic in updating us weekly with progress of the build. Alan, Charmaine and Kyle were equally fantastic in liaising with us on design features we wished to change. The entire process was swift, trouble free and we were made to feel very special even with a turnkey package. Couldn't recommend Mike Greer Homes enough to anyone looking to build their home! If we're fortunate to build again in the future they will be our first choice in home builders.

MGH Tauranga's use of quality contractors from the design process through construction exhibited a high level of service and experience. Their proven experience in managing costs and payment schedules was evident and appreciated. Special mention to Liam, our project manager, who listened to our wishes and had a critical eye for detail and quality. Liam's ability to coordinate contractors resulted in the whole build being exceptionally well managed, particularly given that our building site was away from their local Tauranga area. We would absolutely recommend MGH Tauranga to anyone wanting a quality build.
