Charlotte and her team have been brilliant to work with. We had originally planned a fairly basic renovation of our kitchen but she suggested made some other suggestions we hadn't considered and it's made a fantastic difference to our house. On various occasions, we weren't sure about a few things but we kept reminding ourselves that Charlotte was the expert and every single time she was right. In fact, there have been a couple of things that we decided not to do as part of the original project and have come back to later on, wishing we had taken her advice from the start! We've recommended CMID to a number of friends and family, and they've all had a wonderful experience as well.

Charlotte helped us update our building lobby and entry. She was professional throughout and sensitive to our building's character. Always responsive to any query and ready with ideas/solutions. A delightful person to work with. Our lobby now fits with our vision for our building. It is in character and works for our tenants. Could not be happier.

Charlotte and her team are great to work with. They renovated our bathrooms in a home that was in need of modernising. Very pleased with the result. Part of the work was done remotely, but the entire process was smooth. She has a fantastic network of suppliers and tradespeople to call upon. Charlotte and her team are amazing. She took our brief and gave us a new bathroom, joinery, lighting, curtains and refreshed soft furnishings that have made our home feel light, comfy and just 'us'. We loved working with her, and we love her work (and so do our friends and whānau).
