Sam and his team from Echo Homes did such an excellent job from start to finish. Our build was done so efficiently, completed on time, and the final product shows great attention to detail. Communication throughout the process was clear and professional, and was so grateful that keeping to timeframes was a top priority. Highly recommended for anyone looking for new build.

Building with Sam and the crew at Echo Homes was epic from start to finish. Everything was seamless, from the communication through to delivery and being involved in the process along the way. All of my questions and requests were answered and delivered, Sam is very easy to talk to and very prompt. We had a record build time and the quality of workmanship and finishings are superb. I’m always stoked and proud to tell people about my build experience and going with Echo Homes, and if I have the chance I’d do it all over again.

We first approached Echo Homes when were in the final stages of consent. Sam was very helpful liaising with the architect and the council. We had prepared ourselves for a 9-10 month build according to all the external advice we'd received; but it was almost 6 months to the day INCLUDING all the ground work. The speed of the build really blew us away. Throughout the process Sam and his team were really informative. We got the high quality finish we'd envisioned with the price we'd agreed upon. Overall it was a pretty amazing experience seeing our dream home come to life. We felt we were in really capable hands and we would absolutely use Echo Homes again in the future if we have the opportunity to do more projects.
