In April 2024, the amazing team at Elevate Homes & the incredible architects at Turner Rd Architects helped our whānau realise the dream of our late mother to put a kāinga / home down in our beautiful homeland at Ngatira in the mighty Waikato region. The end product is fantastic and the level of attention to detail and quality is superb, and it is no wonder that Elevate lives up to its name by being the most respected, acclaimed & accomplished builders in their field. They deserve the pinnacles of success they have strived and worked so hard to achieve, and I feel so blessed to have stumbled upon this company, whilst checking out my options via the internet whilst in Australia about a year and a half ago. I want to give a huge thanks to Lee & Kristin for their leadership & professionalism, and express my gratitude to you Lee for stepping in to assist when needed, to keep things on track to ensure the delivery of this high end quality product. It is evident you take great pride in your work annd company; and that you and your incredible team are very focused on ensuring the delivery of very stylish and beautiful homes. With this said, no head of a company can achieve great heights without an awesome team of professionals behind them. So, I especially want to express my deepest gratitude to Sonya, Jo, John, and the very talented designer, Melissa for their calm, patient, kind, considerate and confident ways, to get the job done in the most efficient and effective manner; especially as this was my first experience in the creation and building of a new home. Melissa, I am so grateful for your expertise in helping me with the design choices. You are such an asset to Elevate homes, and I’m sure you’ll continue to make lots of other customers very happy. We knew we wanted to build, but as fitness professionals, small business owners and parents of two kids under 5, the process and the cost was frightening. We had no idea where to start. Kristin and Lee and their Elevate team are honestly like Fairy GodMothers, we told them what we wanted and they made it happen. Despite us being in another region with an inability to travel to Cambridge often and with very minimal knowledge of the building and design industry, their patience and exceptional communication made it all happen.....in 20 weeks! Even when we didn't know what we wanted, their advice and ability to keep us within our budget took all of the stress, usually involved with a house build, away. Since our beautiful home arrived in Mangawhai six months ago we have had nothing but positive comments about the style, quality and functionality of our home. It's chic and very easy to live and entertain in. Elevate homes are unique, stylish, functional and whether all opened up for the indoor, outdoor entertaining or all lit up at night, they look so cool. Thank you Elevate, for making our family home dreams a reality.

Highly recommend. This was our first experience building a home, and we have been absolutely delighted with the Elevate team from start to finish. You hear so many negative experiences of people building homes, and we didnt have one. Not a single one. Every team member is professional, prompt, helpful and friendly. The build itself is quality. We compared several transportables, and being a firm believer of you get what you pay for, Elevate stood out on design and standard of materials used. In fact really they surpassed it. Thank you Lee, Kirstin, Melissa, John, Juliet and everyone for making this experience truly seamless.
