They are incredibly patient, taking the time to fully understand the customer's needs and explain all the potential complexities of a project. Their professional knowledge and honest advice are invaluable. We highly recommend JRA for their expertise and integrity.

JRA construction did renovations on my friends house,worst workmanship ive seen and treated them like dirt. The images speak for themselves. You had been paid out in full,every cent.Thanks for confirming in your reply how you treated them like dirt and still do by breaching their privacy,they were your customers and you have disclosed their personal information/court hearing on the internet..totally wrong and unprofessional ,im not surprised thou this is how JRA Construction ltd deal with their customers who post real reviews👎 Ps.Please stop Trolling me,its 11pm and iv received multiple edited replies i don't appreciate your harrasing me,ive reported your actions to Google and you can take it up with them directly if you want the review deleted.

JRA worked with us on a major renovation project in our Auckland home. The team were great communicators, great problem solvers, and took obvious pride and care in their work. We love the outcome and would work with them again:-)

We’ve just completed a major renovation of a bungalow in Auckland with JRA. We recommend JRA Construction to anyone looking for a builder. Their cost estimates before we started the job were comprehensive and accurate, which is very important when embarking on this sort of project (we had two other QS estimates on our work before we started, neither of the other estimates were accurate). The team on the job, led by Dave, were excellent. Dave’s clear communications and patience made the building process easy – there are always many decisions to make, and it helps having someone who is understanding and easy to deal with. Some of the time we lived in the house, with young children, all the JRA team were friendly and accommodating to our needs. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. There we no cost or time overruns. Joseph’s leadership and attention to detail held everything together, and we are very happy with the end result of our renovation project.
