We had a great exerience working with Sam and Lindsay on the designs for our renovation. Their knowledge and expertise, and ability to work with us and our builder led to a great outcome. Modal helped us with a significant reconfiguration and extension of our holiday home on Waiheke Island. They were a delight to work with, carefully explaining the ins and outs of all stages of the process and provided ongoing support and design options as we moved through ideas. Modal puts the experience of your project at the forefront of their minds, delivering a quality space for us to enjoy regularly.

Modal was very responsive & quick to take on feedback, and to produce/iterate plans - the council accepted the plan documentation with very few change requests (I believe it was pretty much just the removal of the decking within 1.5m of the boundary). The resulting tiered house layout has resulted in excellent all-day sun to all properties, as well as plentiful parking.

We really enjoyed working with Sam and Ollie over the past year. They really listened to our requirements but also provided professional input where it mattered. Highly recommend Modal - they work with you to achieve the design and end-product you want!
