From an equipment suppliers point of view, the team at Off the Wall have always been great to deal with. From planning stages through to completion comms have always been top notch and nothing is too much of an issue. Theres a wall hanging in the office that states "Mana through Mahi", and while a simple concept, the levels withing that that phrase contains seems to be reflected through the company culture and staff attitudes. Recommended?? Absolutely.

We had a very frustrating experience with this company. The biggest issue was the complete lack of on-site project management. This wasn’t just our view — it was raised repeatedly by the structural engineers and the builder. There was no consistent oversight, which led to delays, confusion, and unnecessary stress. The tiered slabs and retaining were initially described to us as straightforward and “an easy job.” In reality, it became clear this was far more challenging for the team than expected, resulting in constant back-and-forth with engineers and architects ultimately costing us additional time and money. Despite being told multiple times that the director would personally oversee and resolve the issues, we never experienced that level of leadership or accountability. Based on our experience, we would not use this company again.
