WE started to work with Precise Home from early 2021. The team is professional and very knowledgeable in building industry. We see they eye on every detail during the building process and when it comes to the choice of tiles, they spend a lot of time and effort in finding the best tile for every project, therefore the house owners can enjoy the best outcome for their new houses! We highly recommend Precise Home !

I would like to commend the after care service of Precise Homes. 👍👍👍 As a First Home Buyer, there were little concerns with our home that needs to be addressed by them. Specifically, I would like to thank Jackie Li of Precise Home who was very attentive with our concern. It was resolved in a very professional manner.

Good enough for new builds. Bought our first home from them and going on 3 years now and so far, no leaks and other major internal issues. Below are the 'minor issues' we found that sadly, only after the sale was completed. The developers could have been honest about them and took ownership to fix them before we even found them, but that's already expecting too much honesty and responsibility in this day and age. Well, as long as the house doesn't leak and stays warm / cool, then it's 'okay' enough, I suppose. We'll see how this place holds up after 10 years. Will update review then. Still, if you can afford GJ Gardner houses instead of these then I strongly recommend just go with those. Edit: Precise Homes offered to investigate but there's not much point since I already fixed the issues myself. Still, I do hope they "try harder" with their future projects and learn from this.
