We have had Redwood Builders working on a couple of properties, one a fire damaged insurance rebuild and the other a reclad and joinery replacement. The workmanship has been outstanding throughout and their team has been totally professional in all aspects of the work. Jess and Ollie are really responsive and the communication has been clear and easy, particularly great for us living in a different part of the country. They project managed both builds, arranging other high quality subcontractors and took care of all the extras and variations needed as the jobs progressed. The costs were clearly communicated and fair and transparent. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Ollie, Jess and Redwood builders team have done an exceptional job on my property. I relocated a 1920s house onto a property and the team got it to Code of compliance and covered off all construction with a high standard. They have also done renovations and maintain high standard of workmanship. The pricing is fair an reasonable with a lot of transparency. I will continue to use and recommend Redwood builders. We build our second new built with Ollie and Jess. Our build was challenging with specific architectural design on a very steep section in Welly, our specific requests to be done as per our personal preferences and in our limited budget. We found Ollie, Jess and their team to be super helpful, approachable and very professional and thorough. We asked so many questions/had so many requests throughout the build and Ollie and his team always explained/answered. Jess had such a keen eye for the details and helped us for our selection of different colors/materials. Throughout the build process, we were always informed about the next steps, what to expect and any changes were always discussed. It has been a little over three months that we stayed in our new home, and we are still in awe of it. We highly recommend Redwood builders as they are straightforward and reliable builders. We came to Oliver & Jess with an urgent need to remedy building work that would not have passed inspection. With our consents nearing expiry the Redwood team were super responsive and professional, completing the work to a very high standard. Their knowledge of the Building Code was impressive. They completed the work required in a remarkably short period of time, even working outside of normal or expected working hours. We are very grateful to the Redwood team for enabling us to get Code of Compliance in the needed time frame at a very reasonable cost. We would highly recommend Redwood for any construction project.
