The team at Signature Homes have been absolutely amazing to work with on building our whare. It all began at the Waikato Home Show in Hamilton, where I first met Ally Huddart. From that very first meet and greet, I fell in love with her warmth and genuine engagement — she made me feel like more than just a customer, but a person looking for a home for my whānau. From there, I was introduced to the rest of the incredible building team. Signature Homes Waikato made the entire process completely stress-free, with excellent communication every step of the way. Hayden Jepson, our Project Manager, and Elyse De Luca Oliveira quickly became my all-time favourites! I made quite a few changes to my home along the way, but they made everything work seamlessly. I often messaged Elyse at all hours of the day and night, and she would always respond — that’s true dedication to customer service. And Hayden Jepson went above and beyond, even coming out to install our TV, cameras, and picture frames himself. Now that’s a man who truly cares about his clients! I would also like to mention Trish Dixon, who kept my husband and me updated each week on what work was being completed. With our busy schedules, this communication was invaluable and helped us stay connected to the progress of our build. Overall, a huge thank you to the entire team at Signature Homes Waikato — you have an amazing group of people, and I cannot wait for my next project, because I already know exactly who I’ll be calling! From our very first meeting, Signature Homes Waikato listened to what we wanted. We came with a long shopping list and some very definite ideas about the functions and features our custom build needed. Signature Homes took all of that on board and came back with a design that exceeded our expectations. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and on the rare occasion something wasn’t quite up to our standard, it was resolved quickly and without any hassle. Every member of the Signature Homes team was easy to deal with, and their support at each stage of the build made the whole experience seamless—especially impressive as this was our first time building a home. Our home was completed on time, on budget, and to a very high quality. It completely meets our needs, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.

We recently completed a build with Signature Home Waikato, and we’re very happy with the overall experience. The quality of work, the timeliness of the project, and professionalism of the whole team were all outstanding. All of the teams were always responsive, friendly, and keeping us informed. They were open and flexible, allowing us to inspect progress whenever we asked, which gave us peace of mind throughout. They also helped point out key things during the process, which was appreciated. Since most people don’t build houses often especially in rural area, even more proactive guidance would make the journey even smoother. Required touch ups were carried out and the team made sure we were satisfied. If we were to suggest anything, a few very minor improvements like keeping the site tidier and ensuring left over bits and bobs aren’t buried would be great. But overall, we are very pleased with the final result and would definitely recommend Signature Home Waikato.

We recently built our new home in Kinloch with Signature Homes Waikato. What a fantastic experience it was from start to finish! Signature Homes Waikato are an amazing team. They are all fully engaged and are focused on providing top-notch customer service and a high-quality build. The Sales and Design staff were excellent to deal with. They listened to our ideas and wishes and worked very hard to achieve a design that was perfect for us and that fitted within our budget. They were very personable, professional, knowledgeable and good humored. Nothing was too much trouble, they really made us feel like we were all on the same team. When we moved to the construction phase, we were assigned a Project Manager and a Client Liaison. The transition was seamless, with these staff exhibiting the same outstanding qualities as the Sales and Design staff. Nothing was ‘lost in translation’ between Sales & Design and Construction, with all of the Signatures Homes staff being fully informed internally about the project. All of the building processes were well documented, so the timelines and processes were very clear. The Project Manager was highly experienced, so we always felt like the build was totally under control; There was literally nothing for us to worry about. This made for a stress-free and thoroughly enjoyable building experience. Signature Homes only used skilled contractors/tradespeople with whom they have longstanding trusted relationships with. Any tradespeople that we met spoke very highly of Signature Homes Waikato. The communication at all stages of the build was superb. The Client Liaison was excellent, she kept us fully informed throughout the build. The Owners/Directors of Signature Homes Waikato also checked in with us. They were always fully involved in the build, closely monitoring progress, and they even put on their tool belts and helped the Project Manager to build the deck! In addition, we were contacted periodically by the Signature Homes franchise head office, to check in with us that everything was going well, which of course it was, but it was still good to know that the Waikato team had the backing of the national franchise. The build was completed on time, as per the guaranteed completion date. There were no cost surprises. When we requested any variations, these were fully costed and signed off before proceeding. We found the whole Signature Homes Waikato team to be a very genuine and sincere group of people, who really go above and beyond to ensure that the building experience is a great one. We love our new home. We can’t speak highly enough of the Signature Homes Waikato team. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build, as you will not be disappointed!
