Smith's Kitchens weren't the first kitchen designers I had around to give me opinions and quotes, but after chatting with Cath (designer) and Rob (project manager), it was a pretty quick yes on these guys. They just got it. Cath has a great eye for what is going to be practical and usable, and gently steered me away from ideas that would be irritating, ugly, or bad-bang-for-buck money-wise. As a first-time kitchen renovator, I really appreciated that input and found her knowledge (and her patience!) hugely valuable. Rob's commitment and attention to detail was next level — there's a dude who takes such pride in his work. It always felt like we were in safe hands with such a competent team and I have no problem recommending them.

Our dilapidated kitchen and boring laundry were in drastic need of a renovation. Our Smiths Kitchens journey started with Cath taking all of our ideas, polishing the vision and creating a superb yet practical design. Rob took care of the project management phase, where nothing was a problem. With support from Sam in the admin team the process was smooth and everything we were looking for. If I ever need another kitchen renovated I would go directly back to Smiths Kitchens to get the job done. It's a pleasure to recommend the team.

After looking a several kitchen renovation companies we decided to use Smiths Kitchens for our renovation. We were visited by the very talented Kath who listened, and most importantly, she got me and understood what I was hoping to achieve. The whole process from the initial meeting to the install was painless, if I asked for the odd change to be made, I would have the new specs within a day. The icing on the cake for us was being able to also purchase all the new appliances through Smiths commercial which meant we were not racing around looking at a million shops trying to find what we wanted. Rob the project manager for the install was on hand to answer any questions and or to suggest any subtle changes that we may not have considered. Amazing service from a slick team that have been incredibly helpful and all within the specified time frame and budget. Win Win!!!

I will definitely be recommending smith’s kitchens to everyone as I contacted 5 other companies with regards to my new kitchen and Renee was the only designer to make all my requests happen. Smiths kitchens has been amazing with the response to issues that happened and I could not be happier with our dealings through Smiths, the wonderful people we have met from this company and my dream kitchen that I now get to enjoy everyday.
