Is this an online building estimate?+
No. A generic estimate can help at the very beginning, but it does not show whether your concept, site information, budget definition and delivery route align. The Review records those gaps and provides a practical next-step plan. It is not a quote.
Do I need completed plans?+
No. Early sketches, inspiration or a concept can help, but they are not required. The product is designed for the stage before detailed design commitment.
Do I need to own the land?+
You need a specific Auckland site that you own, are purchasing or are seriously evaluating. The usefulness of the Review depends on the information available about that site.
Will you tell me exactly what my house will cost?+
No. We identify whether the concept and budget appear aligned enough to proceed and which assumptions need pricing or professional verification. A dependable cost plan or build price requires a defined scope and the appropriate professionals.
Will you recommend a builder?+
Not automatically. The first job is to make the project clearer. If it reaches an appropriate readiness point, you can ask Bracen to help identify suitable professionals or builders. Your information is not broadcast to several providers.
What if I am planning an extension or renovation?+
Do not purchase this new-build pilot. Existing-home projects need a different intake and investigation path.
What if the project is outside the pilot scope?+
If we cannot provide a useful Review, we will tell you before substantive work begins and arrange the appropriate refund or next step.
