I purchased a Modspace unit for my farm in Hikurangi as an office/visitor accommodation. It was delivered and installed promptly without fuss and has been an awesome solution. Recommended!

My experience with the team SiteScope that provide Modspace homes, was very positive. They honoured everything they said they would do. From meeting them at the fieldays event in Hamilton, to their follow up conversations, it was a good experience. Icing on the cake, was when the local sparky who connected mains power , said the components used were some of the best he had seen for pre built houses. ( usually he had to upgrade the sub main board, but not in the Modspace built home ) We also purchased a deck and built a roof over the entry door, to provide shelter for farm worker gumboots. Overall this solution addressed a time critical milestone of providing healthy home accomodation within a month of the deal. Also a shout out for Anthony from TDM Transport, for his depot to be used as a half way stop, even though he didnt get a contract. Top people SiteScope & TDM Transport.

My home is fabulous. I was given the option to make changes to the original design and my home is well built and beautifully presented. I got to choose my colour scheme which is a bonus.
