Maree and her team were exceptional to deal with and built our dream home with ease! The quality of build is top tier and we are so grateful for the regular communication/updates Sentinel provided throughout the process. Maree was always happy to jump on a call and discuss any/all concerns we had. Being new to building a home, there was a lot of unknowns and anxiety around the process but Maree and her team always put us at ease, answering our questions (no matter how basic) and approaching all topics with a solution focus and friendly vibe. Would 100% build with Sentinel again! Keep beaming team.

We are very happy with our custom built home and the high quality delivered. The final result met our expectations and we are enjoying every moment of living here. We were fortunate to work with such professional team at Sentinel Homes- yet what made the journey even better was the friendly and positive people involved. It made the entire building process enjoyable and stress free. A special mention to our Project Manager - Anthony, for being attentive to our needs. His responsiveness made a big difference. We had a great experience building with Sentinel Homes. We love our home, and the process was a lot of fun. The team were great to deal with. Good communication from the start, collaborative design process, and really well-run project management during the build. We'd happily do it all again.

From the moment we decided to build back in 2019, meeting with Maree and Kathy, until we accepted the door key, the Sentinel office and site staff were fantastic: friendly, encouraging, knowledgeable and endlessly helpful to a couple of newbies to the whole process. The design stage was the initial revelation – beginning with a standard plan we then had a far wider range of options than I expected and Sentinel readily accommodated our changes and wishes as we personalised our house. At all points in the build itself, we were given timelines for what was to be completed at each stage, the trades that would be involved and in what order the work would be done. During the build, the subcontractors we met were also very friendly. Issues regarding access on our shared driveway had arisen before the build began. Naturally, the subcontractors often had some very heavy machinery to bring up, but they were all aware and remained respectful of the issues - even engaging diplomatically on occasion with the source. On the whole, I can genuinely say that Sentinel worked very hard to make the process, including the seeming mountain of necessary paperwork and council dealings, smooth for us. Big thanks to Rhiannon, our main point of contact, and the endlessly positive Anthony. They are both such assets to the business. This year we will have our first Christmas holiday here, at home, which is perfect. Even though the process was interrupted by Covid, the wait was worth it and we love our new Sentinel-built house.

We moved into our new Sentinel home that we built by subdividing on the Shore. I'm not going to say it's been pain-free all the way because the whole process started before lockdown, and, as such, when we could finally build, the $ were substantially higher. Thanks Covid! However, the Sentinel team, with particular shoutout out to Rhiannon, were incredibly professional and great problem solvers. The payments process is super smooth and organised. Anthony and Dennis were our main contacts along the way on the build side and were very responsive. Another shoutout to the drainage guys who were neck deep in the depths of winter. What legends. I like also that Sentinel use top subcontractors, eg Kitchen Mania who were really good. At times, this build was like childbirth, so it was at times painful but 6 months on we are so happy we did it, and Sentinel keep checking in if I have a query so that's great. They don't just build and forget you. Thanks Anthony and Rhiannon especially. Love the house.
